Displaying Company Logos

IT system administrators can configure EWS to display a company logo on EWS forms. IT system administrators can also specify the company logo they want to display on check stubs when employees view check stubs using EWS.

To specify the company logo you want to display for EWS forms and check stubs, complete the following steps:

  1. On the server where EWS is installed, browse to the following folder: C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\EWS\images.
  2. Update the CompanyLogo.jpg file with your company logo. This is the logo that will display on all EWS forms, including the Log On form. For the logo size, it is recommended to not exceed 204 x 85 pixels.
  3. Update the CheckStubLogo.jpg file with the image you want to display on check stubs that employees view using EWS. This is the logo that will display on employee check stubs and W2s printed from EWS. For more information about viewing a check stub using EWS, see Check/W2 History.
